Janet Promotes New Book "True You" Wearing a Pair Of 4A Louboutin Platforms



Janet Jackson, Miss Jackson cause I'm nasty, promoted her new book last Friday in New York while bringing that Jackson feel to a hot pair of Louboutin 4A Python Suede Platforms.  Her new book mirrors the trend in Hollywood now of finding and loving yourself.

We see this often now in many of the songs that top the charts.  I also wrote a blog recently about Tyra Bank's new website http://www.typef.com/ where she aids women of all types in finding themselves in fashion. I've always said that packaging sells and you should find your packaging and own it.  Well these particular moguls have ventured out to lend their celebrity to help others find themselves. What better way to do this than to sport a HAUTE pair of Christian Louboutins?  I don't know, you tell me.

Will you be attending Balenciaga and Spain?

On Saturday, March 26th, the de Young Museum opens BALENCIAGA AND SPAIN, an exhibition curated by Hamish Bowles, European editor at large of Vogue, and masterminded by the talented Oscar de la Renta whom started his career at Balenciaga in Madrid. Bowles will present his collection that has been worn by some of Europe's elite.



Balenciaga who died in 1972 with the headlines reading "The King Has Died" has been coined the "The Picasso of Fashion".  He was born in 1895 in a medieval fishing town in Guetaria on the Basque region of Spain. Balenciaga was only eleven when his father died.



The de Young exhibit explores the influence on the designer of Spain’s culture, history and traditions in six sections: art, regional dress, the court, religious live and ceremony, bullfight and dance.
